1. How do I sign up?
If your organisation (school or service/agency) would like to become a signatory and align your work with young people with the No Wrong Door framework and principles, you can download, read and sign the Memorandum of Understanding.2. What ages are relevant to No Wrong Door?
No Wrong Door is focussed on young people aged 10 to 25 years of age. The resources in this online youth directory target this age group, although they may be relevant for people outside of this age range.3. Is there a cost?
No - there is no cost to use any of the No Wrong Door resources. The website, tools and resources are all provided free of charge!Schools
1. Do I have to use the No Wrong Door forms?
No. Schools do not have to use the No Wrong Door tools. However, schools can utilise the tools to refer students to any No wrong Door services. The means the school does not need to have a stack of different referral forms for different agencies.
Level 1 Schools do commit to completing a needs identification process with young people that present. You can use your own school’s needs identification tool, or if your school does not have a process in place, we encourage you to use the No Wrong Door tools. All schools who are signatories to No Wrong Door must accept referrals made using No Wrong Door tools for students enrolled at their school.
2. How do I get my school included on this website?
School information listed on the No Wrong Door Schools Listing has been provided by Principal's. To have your school listed please complete your details:

3. What is the referral process to headspace Knox using No Wrong Door?
We have created this quick referral guide to help services and schools understand the benefits of using the No Wrong Door tools to refer a young person to headspace Knox, and to also outline that every time a young person visits headspace Knox they are required to complete the minimum data set (MDS), which is separate to No Wrong Door.

Program and service information listed in the directory has been provided by agencies.
For services or agencies not yet listed on the NWD website, please complete form accordingly

2. Do I have to use the No Wrong Door forms?

If a service does not have an identified needs intake form, we encourage you to use the No Wrong Door tools.
